Biochar Grafted on CMC-Terpolymer by Green Microwave Route for Sustainable Agriculture

چکیده
The deficiency of water sources and the environmental disposal large amounts biomass waste (orange peels) produces economic problems, though its conversion into biochar by a pyrolysis procedure might be used to improve soil productivity. In current study, we investigated performance superabsorbent composite grafted on CMC as low-cost, alternative, biodegradable terpolymer (IPNCB) for retention capacity. IPNCB was synthesized both microwave conventional routes. optimal reaction parameters proved that route has high grafting percentage (%G) short time compared route. characterized using different methods: FTIR, TGA, SEM. results show equilibrium swelling (EW) improved at 2% concentration. incorporation (BC) polymer network holding capacity (WHC) 57.6% (WR) 9.1% after 30 days. degradation test indicates good degradability rate. Mixing with prepared can plant growth reduce consumption through irrigation arid lands. is candidate in sustainable agriculture applications.

متن کاملA rapid microwave route for the synthesis of ZnS nanoparticles
ZnS nanoparticles were synthesized via a simple surfactant free microwave route. In this synthesis, thioacetamide was used as sulfur source. The effects of different parameters such as type of zinc precursor, time and power of irradiation on the morphology and particle size of the products have been investigated. The nanostructures were characterized by ...

متن کاملGrowth and characterization of ZnO nanorods by microwave-assisted route: green chemistry approach
ZnO nanorods with diameter 90-100 nm range (tip diameter~15 nm) and length of about 2 μm have been prepared using microwave irradiation technique. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) results indicate that the nanorods have single phase nature with wurtzite structure and preferentially grow along [0001] direction. Raman spectrum shows the mode E2 high at 439 cm −1 ...
